HealthSource Saginaw seeks a Hospital Program Educator to strengthen staff development, support program-level training initiatives, and lead the next generation of healthcare professionals on site in Saginaw, MI. You’ll deliver engaging training, provide hands-on coaching, and ensure program education aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent advanced degree of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in clinical practice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and the teaching/learning process.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training, education, and coaching tailored to the program’s patient/resident population.
• Lead program-specific new hire orientation, annual competencies, and ongoing training.
• Serve as the primary educator for program topics during new hire orientation, annual competency events, SECURE training, and EMR education.
• Maintain accurate training records in the LMS/Relias and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Assist with onboarding training for new hires and coaching on units.
