Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in the Puget Sound region seeks a visionary President to provide comprehensive operational leadership for our Burien campus, translating the system's strategic vision into local action and ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will oversee daily operations, budgets, and staff, drive performance, engage with community partners, and align local priorities with the organization's mission of humankindness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field.
• 7+ years of management-level experience; multi-service line exposure preferred.
• Experience in quality improvement, budgeting, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and evaluates daily hospital operations with leadership team involvement.
• Manages administrative and financial performance, budgets and productivity metrics.
• Oversees service line leadership and ensures alignment with policy decisions affecting patient care.
• Drives change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication across departments.
• Provides resources and guidance to resolve staffing, facilities, and equipment issues.
