Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
• Seven years of management-level experience.
• Three years in a role with multiple service lines and broad hospital operations focus.
• Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, marketing, healthcare administration, and budgeting.
• Driver's License: WA, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and evaluates daily operations of the hospital, coordinating with leadership.
• Oversees financial management including budgets and productivity to meet targets.
• Lead change initiatives and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Serve as administrative resource to managers on staffing, facilities, and equipment decisions.
