Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health seeks a President to provide comprehensive operational leadership for the hospital entity, translating system strategy into local action and ensuring financial performance, staffing, and facilities management. You will report to a senior executive and drive patient care excellence within your community.

You will lead teams in resource optimization, community engagement, and performance improvement initiatives, aligning with our mission and values to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of management-level experience.
• Experience with multiple service lines and broad hospital operations.
• Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, budgeting, strategic planning, and regulatory standards.
• WA Driver's License required, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and evaluates the daily operations of the assigned hospital, coordinating with leadership.
• Ensures affordable, high-quality health care by optimizing human, financial, and physical resources; monitors quality of care.
