Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing or related field.
• Seven years of management-level experience.
• Three years managing multiple service lines and hospital operations.
• Experience in quality improvement, budgeting and strategic planning.
• WA driver's license on hire.
• MBA or healthcare MBA and RN-prepared candidate (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate daily hospital operations with leadership team.
• Ensure affordable high quality care by effectively utilising resources; monitor and improve quality of care.
• Provide administrative leadership for designated service lines and participate in policy decisions.
• Oversee financial management including budgets, productivity and performance targets.
• Lead change initiatives and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
• Serve as administrative resource for managers on staffing, facilities, and equipment procurement.
