Advocate Christ Medical Center in Illinois is seeking a full-time Food Service professional for the Food and Nutrition department. The role involves preparing meals for patients and customers, delivering strong service, and following safety and sanitation procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Hours are 40 per week with a 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule. The position requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and adherence to policy and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred one year of healthcare/trayline experience.
• High school diploma or Equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Quality food preparation using standardized recipes and ingredient control.
• Deliver excellent customer service while aligning with hospital values and policies.
• Safe food handling: proper storage, labeling, dating, FIFO and adherence to timeframes.
• Demonstrate good time management and meet deadlines for tasks.
• Record production amounts and maintain production logs.
• Assist with cross-training and participate in mandatory in-services and trainings.
