Job summary

Advocate Christ Medical Center – Food and Nutrition is seeking a full-time food service associate to prepare quality meals for patients and customers. Ideal candidates will have healthcare/trayline experience (preferred) and a High School diploma or equivalent, with ServSafe certification advantageous.

Qualifications

• Preferred one year of healthcare/trayline experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Quality food preparation using standardized recipes and ingredient control.
• Safe food handling and proper storage, including labeling and dating items.
• Maintain production logs and accurately record production amounts.
