Responsibilities

• Quality food preparation using standardized recipes for trayline and retail.
• Follow proper preparation procedures and check temperatures, texture, color, aroma and taste prior to service.
• Maintain guest relations by upholding hospital mission, uniform policy, professional image and courteous interactions.
• Practice safe food handling: rotation, storage, labeling and dating, use within 48 hours.
• Manage time effectively and support cost controls by recording production amounts and meeting timelines.
• Attend department trainings and assist in cross-training across production positions.
