Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current High Pressure Boiler Operator license is required.
• Valid Michigan Driver's License is required.
• Minimum of three years of powerhouse experience is required.
• Ability to read, write, perform calculations, and follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all powerhouse equipment.
• Maintains HVAC equipment for the hospital campus.
• Maintains building temperatures across seasons using BAS and manual controls.
• Repairs and performs preventive/predictive maintenance using the work order system.
• Assembles and installs equipment and furnishings.
• Ensures efficient energy usage and maintains clean work areas.
• Responds to emergency call-ins as needed.
• Delivers duties in alignment with Trinity Health values.
