Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in HVAC and building systems.
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (DDC) e.g. Metasys, Siemens, Andover, TempTrak.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair and perform maintenance on HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers and controls.
• Service and maintain refrigeration and ventilation systems and related components.
• Respond to HVAC complaints and provide responsive, safe maintenance.
• Maintain water treatment and record keeping in maintenance software.
