Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of all hospital plumbing systems.
• Supervises general maintenance workers by allocating and coordinating work flow, training, and advising.
• Provides skilled preventive and corrective repair work throughout the hospital.
• Has access to, and is responsible for, performing assigned duties in locked medication rooms.
• Performs other maintenance duties as directed.
