Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC controls.
• Knowledge of air quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Valid driver's license and state HVAC licensure WV or OH; EPA 608 certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work based on operational HVAC needs at the department and facility.
• Maintain environmental air quality and temperature controls affecting patients and staff.
• Supervise and advise other facility workers on complex tasks.
• Provide preventive maintenance and repairs on hospital HVAC systems.
• Access and perform duties in secured medication rooms as required.
