Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of five years' experience in construction, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical or HVAC.
• Experience with energy management systems is preferred.
• Ability to use power and pneumatic tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex maintenance and repair of the hospital's physical plant, including boilers and HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies are followed.
• Operate and repair central plant equipment such as boilers, chillers and pumps.
• Read, write and communicate effectively with team members and departments.
