Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions in pumps, boilers, engines, motors, and conveyors.
• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment according to manuals and manufacturer specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment and service controls.
• Repair and maintain wooden structures and apply finishes to surfaces as needed.
• Maintain the hospital's physical plant and comply with safety regulations.
