Job summary

Qualifications

• Welding and locksmithing skills for plant repairs.
• Two required licenses may be needed depending on location and role.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks on medical center equipment, HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Repairs electrical devices, plumbing fixtures and related hospital plant equipment.
• Reads diagrams/repair manuals to determine malfunctions and repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance, calibration and safety tests.
• Assists with on-the-job training and may drive to remote facilities as needed.
