Qualifications

• Related degree or trade school completed.
• Minimum 3 years in building maintenance experience.
• Experience with refrigeration and HVAC systems preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution and life-safety equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central plant equipment and building systems.
• Perform inspections, safety checks, and preventative maintenance.
• Provide on-call and weekend support as needed.
