Qualifications

• At least three years of related experience and/or training.
• Competency to operate microprocessor-based devices.
• Capable of maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
• Working knowledge of medical gas distribution and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and analyze various physical plant equipment.
• Perform inspections and adjustments of equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems in normal and abnormal situations.
• Test newly installed machines to meet contract specs.
