Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Plant Boiler Operator to support the Texas Health Harris Methodist Hurst-Euless-Bedford facility on a swing shift schedule (Thu-Sat 3pm–11:30pm; Sun-Mon 11pm–7:30am). You will operate and maintain boiler systems, read meters, and work with a BMS platform to optimize plant performance in a healthcare setting.

The role requires a Boiler Operator License, 5 years of plant operator experience in healthcare or industrial environments, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Boiler Operator License
• 2 years skilled trade or vocational training or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and coordinate daily schedule.
• Operate and maintain boiler/chiller systems and related equipment.
• Monitor boiler operations and adjust as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls for HVAC problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report deficiencies.
• Maintain stock and tools for repairs.
• Document work and maintain records in the CMMS system.
• Complete safety and technical training as assigned.
