Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based system serving a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. TMH seeks a licensed physical therapist to deliver safe, physician-ordered therapy and to develop individualized treatment plans within a collaborative care team.

Qualified candidates hold a DPT or CAPTE-equivalent and a Florida license; temporary permits may be considered.

Qualifications

• Required Education: DPT degree from a CAPTE-accredited program; master's/bachelor's may be accepted under older guidelines.
• Required Experience: None
• Required Certification/License/Registry: Current Florida Physical Therapist license; temporary permit may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and competent physical therapy as ordered by a physician.
• Plains, organizes and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to physical therapy principles.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Supervises work of support personnel.

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Master's degree in Physical Therapy (pre-2019) or Bachelor's (pre-2000) in Physical Therapy

Florida Physical Therapist license
