Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a hospital setting in Washington. This contract role offers a 36-hour guarantee and a start date ASAP, with 13+ weeks and potential extension.

You will assess residents, design individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence. The position requires active PT licensure, 1 year of experience, and vaccines.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Covid-19 and Flu vaccine status required

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents' PT needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor and document residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents' care plans
• Other duties as assigned
