Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our hospital team for a float assignment. The role focuses on restoring function, mobility, and independence for residents in a hospital setting.

Requirements include a current PT licensure, 1 year of experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with required vaccine status. This contract role offers a 36-hour guarantee, ASAP start, and 13+ weeks with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure.
• 1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor and document residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents' care plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
