Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to support medication distribution, IV admixture, and pharmacy operations. You will work under licensed pharmacists to prepare and deliver medications, manage automated systems, and maintain inventory across facilities.

The role requires high school diploma and hospital pharmacy experience is preferred. Travel between facilities is required, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• IV admixture, unit-dose and pharmacy automation knowledge preferred.
• Travel between system facilities and off-site locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares medications under pharmacist supervision and prioritizes workflow.
• Prepares intravenous solutions using aseptic technique.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and internal policies.
• Maintains composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Calculates dosages accurately using metric conversions.
• Prepares patient medication carts for verification and delivery.
• Refills automated dispensing units and maintains inventory.
