Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets physician medication orders and assists with dispensing.
• Supports sterile compounding and prepares IV admixtures per USP 797/800.
• Delivers medications to nursing units and replenishes ADCs and unit drawers.
• Maintains inventory and ensures clean, orderly work areas.
• Answers calls and escalates to the pharmacist as needed.
• Performs nursing unit inspections and restocks required supplies.
• Monitors for discrepancies and potential drug diversion.
