Job summary

UMass Memorial Health Marlborough Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in dispensing medications, preparing IV admixtures, and supporting pharmacy operations. You will work with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate record keeping, proper inventory management, and timely delivery of medications to care areas.

The role requires MA licensure, a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of the CPhT within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Licensed by MA Board of Pharmacy required.
• CPhT required within the first 90 days.
• High School Education or certificate of equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional personnel in dispensing medications and preparing IV admixtures.
• Deliver IV solutions and medications to floors and replace medication to floor stock.
• Maintain records and ensure accurate expiration dating and inventory control.
