Qualifications

• Education requirements met prior to licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Pharmacy.
• Hospital experience: 1 year preferred; 1 year required for Lead or Medication Reconciliation Technician roles.

Responsibilities

• Sterile and non-sterile compounding as part of daily duties.
• Perform dosage calculations and drug identification for dispensing.
