Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet education requirements prior to licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Pharmacy.
• Hospital experience: 1 year preferred for Pharmacy Technician; 1 year required for Lead or Medication Reconciliation Technician roles; medication reconciliation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, accurate medication dispensing and pharmacy operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Partner with pharmacists to ensure timely medication preparation, labeling, and prescription data entry; maintain strong inventory management and clear communication.
