Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Two years of relevant pharmacy (senior, lead or supervisory) experience required.
• 2 years of relevant CPhT experience in a hospital pharmacy preferred.
• MI Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for the supervision and operation of a specific area of expertise.
• Promotes team efforts to manage and achieve departmental objectives; coordinates process improvement activities.
• Works with multiple medication automation systems and ensures department and personnel compliance with regulations.
