Reporting to an Inpatient Pharmacy Director or Pharmacy Operations Assistant Director, the Acute Care Pharmacy Senior Manager will lead clinical specialists, pharmacists, supervisors, and technicians; drive sterile compounding excellence (USP standards), medication safety, accreditation readiness, budget stewardship, scheduling, talent development, decentralized clinical services, and EHR optimization while collaborating daily with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team—physicians, APPs, case management, and quality leaders to refine protocols, reduce variation, and deliver reliable, patient-centered care as an Acute Care Pharmacy Manager.
