Indiana University Health is seeking a pharmacist to provide comprehensive medication-related care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. You will ensure safety and effectiveness of the medication use process and dispense medications per order or prescription.

Responsibilities include medication therapy monitoring, regulatory compliance, and protecting patient confidentiality while supporting the medical and nursing staff with drug information.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required.
• ASHP PGY1/PGY2 residency may be required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Current Indiana Pharmacist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure.
• Board certification or other specialized training may be required.
• BLS certification through the AHA may be required.
• May require travel to IU Health facilities.
• May require weekend rotations.

• Maintain oversight over pharmacist extenders and the security of medications.
