Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls to departments, physicians, or staff promptly and courteously.
• Assist visitors and callers by providing information or directing them to contacts; handle emergency calls by connecting to on-call personnel.
• Monitor and maintain the telephone system; report malfunctions and keep accurate call logs and messages.
• Support communication during hospital emergencies or critical events by coordinating calls and information flow.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
