Qualifications

• Prior dispatcher experience preferred.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors Patient Transportation services through timely dispatch.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Directs activity of transporters to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assists in resolving issues related to service and operations.
• Acts as liaison between Patient Transportation and other departments.
