Thisiscny is seeking a Hospital Patient Services Clerk 1, SG07 to directly assist patients and families in the Upstate Cancer Center Atrium. Responsibilities include answering calls, routing messages, guiding patients, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and organizational skills; knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Qualificações

• One year full-time clerical, secretarial, or patient care experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Direct contact with patients and families.
• Answer phone and relay messages.
• Direct patients to appropriate locations and coordinate with hospital departments for efficient patient flow.
• Identify and report safety hazards or environmental concerns to appropriate staff.
