Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient meal service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup, and handling special requests.
• Communicate patient food issues/concerns and needs to team members; interact with nursing staff regarding nutrition requirements.
• React to changes to ensure timely service and accuracy of physician orders for modified diets.
