Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing for nutritional requirements.
• Assemble and deliver meals according to patient selections.
• Manage tray tickets and retrieve trays at scheduled times.
• Comply with HACCP guidelines and health regulations.
