Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring for Patient Dining Associates at Vanderbilt Harton Hospital in Tullahoma, TN. The role involves assisting patients with menus, assembling and delivering meals, and ensuring safety and accuracy in service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s selection and deliver on time.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms at scheduled times.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines, hygiene and confidentiality per HIPAA policies.
