Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Part-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Mayo Clinic Methodist in Rochester, MN. The shift is 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with duties including assisting patients with menu selections and tray assembly.

Experience in food service is preferred. The role requires light lifting and adherence to safety and HIPAA policies. Salary is $21.69 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and dietary aide experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional needs.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies and dietary preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient menu selections and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow HIPAA policies, confidentiality, and patient rights.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines when handling food and cleaning work stations.
