Responsibilities

• Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies and dietary needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on time.
• Comply with HIPAA, HACCP, and confidentiality policies.
• Communicate issues to appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
