Compass Group USA's Morrison Healthcare unit is hiring for a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) in Brandon, Mississippi. This role supports patient meal service on hospital units, assembling and delivering trays and ensuring meals meet nutritional and timing requirements.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available with a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Candidates with food service experience in hospitals are preferred and must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver food carts.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing for nutritional compliance.
• Assemble meals according to patient orders and retrieve trays on time.
• Deliver meals and ensure correct temperature and presentation, maintaining sanitation standards.
