Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure orders meet dietary requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays at assigned times.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures when handling food and cleaning stations.
• Adhere to HIPAA and patient rights policies and report any issues promptly.
