Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine patient care and support services under nurse or physician supervision.
• Greet and assist patients, answer inquiries, and help with errands for department staff.
• Ambulate patients, assist with transfers, document intake/output, and transport as needed.
• Perform clerical tasks related to admissions, discharges, and chart preparation.
• Maintain orderly patient rooms and manage interdepartmental mail.
