Job summary

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), is seeking a Clinical Associate to support patient care under nurse supervision. The role includes ADL assistance, patient transfers, specimen handling, and vital sign checks, with a 24-hour per week schedule on day shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; BLS certification; CNA or nursing student with clinical rotation or CATP completion; and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Reposition and ambulate patients.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds.
• Assist in transporting patients, beds, supplies and equipment.
• Collect, label and transport specimens.
• Retrieve and sign out blood products.
• Perform point-of-care testing.
• Obtain vital signs and weights.
• Maintain intake and output measurements.
• Remove Foley catheters and saline locks.
