The role requires 2–3 years in healthcare sales/marketing, comfort with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of sales/marketing in healthcare.
• Familiarity with admissions processes at SNF or rehab facilities.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid insurance guidelines.
• Ability to establish relationships with social workers, nurses, physicians and case managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison for the skilled nursing facility with hospitals to drive referrals and admissions.
• Develop and execute monthly plans to generate new business and referrals.
• Manage referral calls, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Provide timely reports on sales activity and market changes.
