Job summary

Arcadia Care in Illinois seeks a Marketing Liaison to develop and coordinate communication between patients, families, and care professionals within the community, while directing our facility’s marketing programs to grow census and inform the public about services.

In collaboration with department directors and the Administrator, you will help implement policies, build relationships across teams, and establish long-range marketing plans to enhance outreach and public relations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct marketing programs to increase census and inform the community about the facility and its services.
• Assist directors in developing marketing policies and coordinate cross-department relationships to support marketing and public relations.
• Collaborate with the Administrator to develop long-range marketing plans for the facility.
