Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Marketing Liaison in Watseka, IL to act as a bridge between the skilled nursing facility and hospitals. You will build relationships with hospitals to generate patient referrals and admissions and help coordinate the admissions process.

The role requires 2–3 years of healthcare sales/marketing, familiarity with admissions processes at SNF or rehab facilities, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales and/or marketing in healthcare; long-term care marketing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with admissions process at a sub-acute, SNF or rehab facility.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care subacute guidelines is a plus.
• Must establish relationships with social workers, nurses, physicians, and case managers in hospitals and medical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Primary sales and marketing representative for hospital/community referrals and admissions.
• Develop relationships with case management personnel and identify opportunities for alignment and growth.
• Work with facility admission team to develop monthly plans and strategies to generate new business.
• Communicate admissions requirements and ensure a seamless and positive transition to the facility.
