Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Marketing Liaison to act as a bridge between hospitals and our skilled nursing facilities. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with hospitals to generate referrals and admissions, coordinating with case managers, social workers, and admission teams to ensure seamless transitions for patients.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing in healthcare; long-term care marketing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the admissions process at a sub-acute, SNF or rehab facility.
• Experience with understanding insurances Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed care subacute guidelines.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with social workers, nurses, physicians, and case managers in hospitals and medical facilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales and marketing representative for managing hospital/community referrals and admissions.
• Develop strong relationships with case management personnel and identify new opportunities for alignment and growth.
• Work with facility admissions team to develop monthly plans and strategies to generate new business.
• Participate in monthly reports on sales activity and referral source changes and develop marketing plans.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure a smooth admission process and transition to the facility.
• Communicate strategic changes to hospital functions, relationships, programs, and opportunities.
