Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer for Texas Children's Hospital West Tower in Houston, TX. The role requires monitoring parking areas, issuing citations, and ensuring policy compliance across a broad site footprint.

Shift options include early morning schedules withMonday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday rotations. You will maintain logs, inspect meters and equipment, and collaborate with operations and security staff to ensure safe, orderly parking operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driving license with a good driving record.
• Must pass a background check per policy and laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• patrol assigned areas using a company vehicle to observe violations.
• enforce parking regulations by issuing warnings, citations, or towing when needed.
• record citation data including time, date, location, and vehicle details.
• maintain enforcement logs and check meters, gates, and equipment.
• report safety hazards and coordinate with management.
• provide courteous assistance to customers regarding rules and citations.
• de-escalate situations and escalate to management when needed.
• provide traffic control support as required.
• report incidents or accidents immediately.
• coordinate with Operations Manager and security teams as required.
