• Graduate of an accredited BS, MS, or Doctoral program in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure by the MA Division of Registration of Allied Health Professionals.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Document information neatly and timely to support OT services.
• Perform thorough evaluations and establish short/long-term goals and a treatment plan.
• Provide patient/ family instruction and assess education effectiveness.
• Maintain safety, proper body mechanics, and use of equipment.
• Complete time sheets and contribute to department productivity.
