Job summary

You will participate in education and program development, maintain competencies, and provide supervision to supporting staff as part of a dynamic Rehabilitation Services team in Milton, MA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BS/MS/Doctoral program in Occupational Therapy.
• Current MA licensure verified by primary source.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Document and track patient information clearly and timely.
• Manage insurance Certifications/Recertifications accurately.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff about treatment and department functioning.
• Maintain productivity and document time sheets.
• Provide patient care appropriate to all ages and evolve treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise and train support personnel; act as clinical instructor for OT students.
