Qualifications

• Five years of progressive related experience, including five years in behavioral health or within a healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical, operational and facility services throughout the entire hospital 24/7.
• Intervene for interdepartmental issues and facilitate communication.
• Maintain visibility with hospital staff through regular rounds.
• Organize hospital operations to meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
• Oversee patient care flow and resource allocation for effective unit functioning.
• Investigate patient/visitor concerns to optimize service satisfaction.
• Provide on-site management during crisis situations.
• Serve as on-site coordinator for internal/external disasters.
• Collaborate with staff to foster quality care and resolve issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing, nursing administration, healthcare administration, or a healthcare-related field

Master's degree with hospital management experience preferred
