The Mental Health Tech Supervisor will work with nursing administration to assure program integrity across inpatient units and mentor staff, with emphasis on patient safety and therapeutic interventions.

The role requires CPR certification, Handle with Care and Verbal De-escalation training within 30 days, and may involve overtime and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree in the behavioral sciences (or 60 college credits) or a high school diploma/GED with 1 year of mental health experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age. Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train lead MHTs and mentor staff.
• Assist in patient management and crisis intervention; ensure patient safety.
• Maintain unit integrity and ensure proper documentation.
